Self-Defense Gracie Jiu-Jitsu 101 Seminar for Kids and Grandparents

Kinship Care Services partnered with Gracie Jiu-Jitsu www.graciejiujitsuphoenix.com, to bring you this empowering social outing experience. In this special 2.5-hour seminar, we will share with you a brief orientation on the history of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and you will then learn several techniques from the Gracie Combatives® and Bullyproof® programs, the world’s leading BJJ self-defense programs for beginners. This is an incredible learning opportunity as has been meticulously crafted to create an amazing experience for all who attend! No experience is necessary.

This event is the safest and most enjoyable way to be introduced to self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. What if I have no experience? Perfect! This seminar is designed for you. We look forward to sharing our mat and this experience with you! These events often reach capacity quickly. So, early-registration is strongly recommended. Space is limited, reservations are required. Once you have registered with us, we will send a link to the waiver, which will need to be completed prior to the event.
