Grandfamily Outing: Pueblo Grande Museum and Archaeological Park

Kinship care services is going on a trip back in history at the Pueblo Grande Museum and Archaeological Park. This museum and park offers an extraordinary archaeological experience where visitors can see a platform mound, a ball court, and centuries-old irrigation canals that are among the rare, remaining examples of these people’s exceptional architecture and engineering skills. Come learn about the Ancestral Sonoran Desert People, known to archaeologists as the Hohokam, who lived in Phoenix and the surrounding areas thousands of years ago.

Pack a lunch to join us for a picnic after the museum experience. Space is limited, reservations are required. RSVP by Friday, February 10.
