Caring for your neighbor

Experience the joy of giving back and making a meaningful difference in your community. By volunteering to assist homebound adults with essential errands like grocery shopping and medical appointments, you’re not just providing a ride – you’re offering companionship, support, and peace of mind. Your kindness helps aging adults maintain their independence, access vitally-needed services, and stay connected. Together, we can foster a healthier, happier, and more vibrant community for all. It’s so easy to find someone you can help!

Our interactive Services Map is a useful tool to show you the approximate location of homebound adults on our wait list who need caring volunteers—just like you. Each symbol represents an actual person within a one mile radius of their location who is currently waiting to get groceries, friendly visiting, or assistance with paperwork, or computer training.

Normally our highest demand for volunteer services is to provide grocery shopping assistance and transportation to medical appointments. (Note: transportation to medical appointments is not represented on the interactive map)

Once you become a registered volunteer with us, you will be matched with a neighbor in need.
