Thank you for choosing to volunteer with Duet! This page is designed to guide you through the volunteer onboarding process. Here, you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to obtain your Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, complete a background check, and submit your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

Background Check
Click the button below to access instructions on how to complete your background check. Note: You will need to complete the Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance FIRST. Your Fingerprint Clearance code is needed to submit for a background check.
MVR Report
This is required only for volunteers who drive homebound adults in their vehicle.
