Food Resources

At Duet, we know that it isn’t always easy to put affordable food on the table. Right now, many of you and your neighbors may be feeling even more uncertainty. We’ve compiled this list to help you find and access food-related resources.

Food Banks & Pantries (Nationwide)

  • Feeding America connects food banks and pantries nationwide. You can enter your zip code to find pantries near you via the Feeding America Food Locator.
  • FoodFinder is an app that you can download on your phone to locate nearby food pantries, hours, and contact information. Learn more at Food Pantries of America.
  • Little Free Pantry is a grassroots community-based initiative with free pantries that individuals and groups host in a variety of settings. Offering and availability may vary from site to site and day to day. View the Little Free Pantry Locator Map.

Assistance Programs (Arizona)

  • Food Bucks Now is a temporary program for those with SNAP benefits that will launch on Monday, Nov. 3, if SNAP remains paused. Learn more about eligibility and participating locations at the DoubleUpAZ website.
  • Commodity Senior Food Program (CSFP) include food banks who provide monthly food packages to people 60+ years of age. Learn more at the  Arizona CSFP website.
  • Community Action Agencies offer a variety of support services that may include financial assistance, personalized guidance, and more. Learn about Community Action Agencies.
  • Community Service Provider Map from the Arizona Department of Economic Security helps you locate services and agencies based on your location. Find Community Service Providers in your area.
  • AZ Food Help from St. Mary’s Food Bank helps you find the closest pantry near you. Learn more at AZ Food Help site.
  • Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church (CELC) Food Program assists people living in Goodyear, Avondale, and Litchfield Park on Tuesday mornings. Walk-ins should arrive between 8:00-9:00 a.m. Visit CELC to learn more.
