Lunch & Learn: Hair Tutorials – Building Confidence & Connection Through Hair Care

Back by popular demand, this hands-on workshop with Tina Marie and The Bridge Builders Alliance is designed to empower grandparents with the skills and confidence to care for and style their grandchildren’s hair. More than just learning techniques, this experience creates opportunities for bonding, nurturing, and building lasting memories—one braid, curl, or ponytail at a time. We’re excited to offer this workshop again in the new year, giving families another chance to learn, connect, and feel confident in caring for their grandchildren.

Grandfamilies will learn simple and easy hairstyles for kids, practical hair care tips for different textures and ages, braiding and styling techniques, and even how to make DIY hair care products. Children are welcome to attend alongside their grandparents, making this a fun and interactive experience for all.
