Event Details
Thanks to a generous grant from Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust, Duet has created the “I am a Family Caregiver” traveling photo exhibit. The traveling photo exhibit will help family caregivers “see” themselves as caregivers. The exhibit includes 16 beautiful photographs of loving and dedicated family caregivers who have found help and support through Duet. The exhibit can be displayed in its entirety, or the venue may select specific images. Each photo has a brief story attached to assist viewers in recognizing themselves as family caregivers, and to help increase community awareness about family caregiving and the need for support.
“I am a Family Caregiver” Traveling Photo Exhibit will be on display at the 14th Annual Conference on Alzheimer’s disease in Native Americans on October 24-25.
