Event Details

This support group is for caregivers and their loved ones with Parkinson’s disease. The group will meet monthly, in person, at the Red Mountain Multigenerational Center, 7550 E. Adobe Road, Mesa, on the first Monday of each month.

All COVID-19 safety protocols will be followed, and, due to space limitations, your RSVP is required. Please call Kris at (602) 406-4921 to RSVP.

Orientation for Volunteers to provide services to home bound adults. Please bring your drivers license for ID. A Level 1 Fingerprint clearance is required to volunteer and instructions for obtaining this will be provided at orientation. The total cost of the fingerprinting and clearance is $73 which can be reimbursed by Duet after 6 months of active volunteering. If you already have a Level 1 clearance Card please bring it with you so we may make a copy.

What are watermelons, blueberries, and strawberries? If you want to guess or if you know the answer, you can show off your smarts. To play, you will need a device such as a smartphone, laptop, or tablet with video and microphone capability so that we can see and hear you. Prizes will be mailed to winners.
