Event Details

The happy holidays with merry gatherings and jolly ho, ho, ho’s are approaching, but even during the cheer and busyness of the holiday season the reality of loneliness and limitations due to family circumstances, health, and Coronavirus can be isolating. It can feel impossible to know how to overcome these challenges to enjoy the season. Life coach, Rebekah Keizer, will present a free virtual workshop offering practical suggestions to help you or someone you know out of the slump. She’ll address sneaky things that increase isolation, what you can do when others around you won’t cooperate, and ways to decrease isolation with and without social distancing. To participate, you will need a computer, tablet, or smart phone with a camera and sound capabilities.

This event is open to anyone who can benefit from learning how to beat isolation this holiday season.
