Event Details

Come celebrate with us and create holiday memories with your family. You are invited to join us for the Annual Grandfamilies Holiday Party for good food, friends, and fun. Children’s activities will be available. Enjoy a festive holiday meal with fellow grandfamilies. Space is limited, and registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.

When: Monday, December 23, 2019

Time: noon – 2:30 p.m.

Where: Church of Beatitudes, Nelson Hall, 555 West Glendale Avenue, Phoenix 85021

Cost: Free

By popular demand – since the weather is gorgeous and the zoo is so much fun, we’re going back. Join us again or for the first time to walk on

By popular demand – since the weather is gorgeous and the zoo is so much fun, we’re going back. Join us again or for the first time to walk on the wild side at the Phoenix Zoo. Spend some time at Harmony Farm where you can brush and pet goats and take a stroll through Monkey Village. Explore the Arizona Trail, the Africa Trail, the Tropics Trail, and the Children’s Trail. A limited number of passes are available on a first-come-first-served basis for you, your spouse (if applicable), and the grandchildren you are raising. Other family members and friends are welcome to join, but must buy their tickets.

When: Saturday, January 29, 2022
Time: 11 a.m. (can stay until close)
Where: Phoenix Zoo, 455 North Galvin Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85008
Cost: $5.00 per person

Event Details

Orientation for Volunteers to provide services to home bound adults. Please bring your drivers license for ID. A Level 1 Fingerprint clearance is required to volunteer and instructions for obtaining this will be provided at orientation. The total cost of the fingerprinting and clearance is $73 which can be reimbursed by Duet after 6 months of active volunteering.

If you already have a Level 1 clearance Card please bring it with you so we may make a copy.
