For more than 45 years, Duet: Partners In Health & Aging has walked alongside older adults, family caregivers, and grandparents raising grandchildren; ensuring compassion, dignity, and hope when it matters most. Today, we share important news that reflects a thoughtful, forward-looking decision about how we continue that legacy and sustain healthy aging services for the future.
Preserving Services for the Future
The Boards of Directors from Duet and AllThrive 365 have approved a mission-aligned program transfer to preserve continuity of Duet’s three core service lines: homebound adult services, family caregiver services, and kinship care services. Effective August 4, 2026, AllThrive 365 has assumed responsibility for these specified service lines, maintaining a shared commitment to compassion, dignity, stewardship, and long-term stability.
In considering the future of these specified programs, Duet’s leadership carefully evaluated how to best preserve the integrity, quality, and spirit of these core service lines for the long term.
“The legacy of Duet belongs to everyone who has helped build it; our volunteers, donors, staff, community partners, and the individuals and families we have served. As Board members, our obligation is to honor that legacy and to ensure that it endures. This program transfer is the strongest path to preserving the core services, relationships, and values that have shaped our mission for more than 45 years. We are deeply grateful to AllThrive 365 for their shared commitment and care for the continuation of services to homebound adults, family caregivers, and grandfamilies. Together, we are helping ensure that the services our community depends on remain accessible, impactful, and sustainable for years to come.”

AllThrive 365, formerly Foundation for Senior Living, has been committed to helping Arizonans age with confidence through health, housing, and connection since 1974. AllThrive 365 stood out for its strong alignment in values, deep roots in the community, and proven ability to deliver programs that support health and independence. Our organizations reflect a collective 97 years of service to Arizona communities and a shared commitment to ensuring these essential services remain strong, accessible, and sustainable for the long term.
“AllThrive 365 is honored to carry forward the impactful programs that Duet has built over more than four decades. These services reflect the very heart of what we believe—that no one should have to navigate aging, caregiving, or life transitions alone. As we continue this work, we are committed to honoring the relationships, compassion, and trust that have always defined it, while expanding access to health, housing and connection for even more of our Arizonan neighbors.”

Just as important, this program transfer honors Duet’s legacy. The relationships, service model, and community trust built over the decades will continue through the transfer of these services and the people who bring them to life every day.
