Tips and Instructions
You may consolidate hours in a month if they were spent on the same service.
For example, if you took someone grocery shopping in July on the 12th, 23rd and 30th and each trip took 2 hours, you can enter:
Service Month: July
Total time: 6 hrs
# of times: 3
