The symposium is comprised of two separate sessions. The morning session is designed for all family caregivers and professionals. The afternoon session is a training for all professionals and volunteers interested in becoming a video series facilitator. When registering, please be sure to select the link for the session you will attend.

9:00 am – 1:00 pm Morning Session – Navigating Difficult Family Caregiver Transitions, includes lunch, CEUs pending approval
1:00 – 4:30 pm Afternoon Training – Finding Meaning and Hope, professionals and volunteers welcome

Cost:   Morning Session: $20 family caregivers, $40 professionals

Afternoon Training: No Charge
